Welcome to this very nice, renovated 2+1 bedroom apartment.  It is located on the second floor of a duplex in one of the best neighborhoods, in the heart of Montreal.  It is a 1-2 minute walk from the Laurier subway station, near St-Denis St. and St-Joseph Blvd.

Coquet 5 1/2 pièces (75m2), 2+1 chambres fermées, à l'étage d'un duplex, au coeur du Plateau Mont-Royal, le quartier en vogue à Montréal, à 2 pas du métro Laurier.

Fully equipped for short or long term stays, with a skylight, an alarm system, a ceiling ventilator in each room, a queen size bed in the master bedroom, a wash-stand in the second bedroom, and a very comfortable futon in the living room. It is located near all amenities (great grocery store, good restaurants, cafés, boutiques).

In the wintertime, the apartment is 80-90 minutes from Tremblant and 50-60 minutes from many other exciting ski stations.

In the summertime and all year round, you can reach in minutes the Olympic stadium, the Insectarium, the Biodome, all great festival sites (Jazz, Film, Just for laugh, Formula 1 car racing,), Lafontaine and Mount-Royal (the mountain) parks, museums, art galleries, Botanical Garden, Old Montréal, Old Port and Montréal Casino.
