For ladies and gentlemen on seaside holiday, you will love our completely
remodeled and redecorated, immaculate, one bedroom, ocean villa on the first
floor with balcony, with an outside private entrance and a view of the
Atlantic Ocean at Hilton Head Island's #1 family oceanfront resort: The
Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort! We have a NEW full kitchen
with self-cleaning glasstop range, full refrigerator with ice maker,
full-size built-in microwave and dishwasher, all in white with gleaming
white cabinetry to the ceiling. We have designer-decorated in a bright,
happy, beach motif complete with Casablanca fans.
The master bedroom has a
queen bed with a top quality, supportive and comfortable mattress. The
second television with cable is in the master bedroom.
The living room has a
new queen sofa bed. We have two charming 6' long built-in bunk beds for
children. There is balcony seating for six, dining for four.
Our villa is less than 100 yards to the beach, oceanside pool and
poolside tiki restaurant. |

The Resort:
Secure gated family resort on the ocean - Hilton Head's most complete resort
on 56 tropically landscaped acres with the Island's largest outdoor pool
on the island oceanside with adjacent tiki-style restaurant & bar, a
catch and release fishing lagoon, children's pool & playground, TEN-LIGHTED TENNIS COURTS & pro shop, practice backboard, onsite
convenience store, onsite evening restaurant, bicycle, roller blade & movie
rentals available onsite. Children's Summer Activity Program. SUNDAY-church
worship on the beach.
LOVE TO COOK OUT!! There is a large picnic area with charcoal grills
located lagoonside. New in 2005, the Resort has added a physical fitness
center and a children's arcade in the tennis pro shop.
