With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, our condo is a spacious 1,225 square feet, tastefully decorated (last year), and comfortable, like home. Our vacation home is a corner unit that overlooks the pool and has views to the south and west. It's the best of both worlds.

Experience a gorgeous sunrise over the ocean from the ocean front balcony and follow with sunsets from the dining area. The screened porch is perfect for that first cup of coffee in the morning. Seascape is convenient to shopping, theatres, dining and all sorts of night life. We have been going to the area since we were kids and it was a 2 lane road along the coast.

We've stayed because it's the finest beach from Virginia to Florida. North Myrtle Beach has never been better. As much as we love our pets, they must stay at home.

It is a NON-SMOKING condo, fully loaded, with 3 TVs, DVD, stereo, beach books, full kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, washer & dryer. The property has a jacuzzi, gas grills and an elevator.

Activities: Fishing, Fitness Center close by, Golf, Live Theater, Miniature Golf, Outlet Malls, Parasailing, Shopping, Biking, Boating, Body Surfing, Wave Riding, Rafting, Shelling, Chilling. Outlets galore for inside activities.
