We would love to have you as our oceanside guests in our Hilton Head Island
Villa (condo) beach vacation rental. Whether for a beach holiday or a golf
vacation, you will love being on the ocean.
Our one bedroom "deluxe" ocean villa is on the third floor with a
peaceful, serene view of the sea marshes and the Atlantic Ocean. Our
beachfront condo has been completely redecorated.
It is
open, bright, happy, elegant in a seaside motif. The villa
accommodates up to 4 adults and 2 children with a queen bed in the bedroom,
queen sofabed in the living room and two 6' long, charming built in bunk
beds suitable for children.

The Resort:
Secure gated family resort on the ocean - Hilton Head's most complete resort
on 56 tropically landscaped acres with the Island's largest outdoor pool
on the island oceanside with adjacent tiki-style restaurant & bar, a
catch and release fishing lagoon, children's pool & playground,
TEN-LIGHTED TENNIS COURTS & pro shop, practice backboard, onsite convenience
store, onsite evening restaurant, bicycle, roller blade & movie rentals
available onsite. Children's Summer Activity Program. SUNDAY-church worship
on the beach.
LOVE TO COOK OUT!! There is a large picnic area with charcoal grills located
lagoonside. New in 2005, the Resort has added a physical fitness center and
a children's arcade in the tennis pro shop.
