Arrowhead Lakes is a year round community located in the Pocono
Mountains. It offers two lakes, four sandy beaches, a trout stream and
fishing lagoon, six playgrounds with picnic areas, tennis courts,
miniature golf, three pools, sauna, game room, clubhouse, and sledding
hill.
During July and August, there are at least three planned activities each
day, one for each age group. There is a lodge to watch movies and play
bingo every Saturday night. During the winter, there is ice-skating,
ice sailing, and snowmobiling on the lake.
Badges may be purchased at the office for use of amenities.
Arrowhead is within fifteen minutes of Jack Frost and Big Boulder ski
resorts, which also have summer activities. Camelback is also nearby.
There are several convenience stores, supermarkets, and major department
stores approximately ten minutes away.
My house is a four bedroom ranch that sleeps eight and is located on
Lake Shore Drive. The house features a living room with fireplace,
sofa, loveseat, color TV with cable and a VCR, picture window
overlooking the lake, enclosed porch off the living room, large dining
area, and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washer, and
dryer.
Three of the bedrooms have double sized beds and one has a queen sized
bed. There is a private dock on the water and you have full and
personal use of the dock, canoes (2), and paddleboat during your stay.

* Add $100.00 for holiday weeks or $75.00 for holiday weekends
* Additional nights can be added on weekends when mid-weeks are not rented for $150.00 per night
* There is a $25.00 charge per weekend and $50.00 charge per week/holiday each for extra persons.
* Weeks run from Saturday to Saturday, mid-weeks from Monday to Thursday, weekends from Friday afternoon to Sunday night.

* A non-refundable deposit required to guarantee your reservation dates.
* A minimum $45.00 house check fee will be deducted from the security deposit; additional monies deducted if cleaning is needed.
* NO PETS ALLOWED. NO REARRANGING OF FURNITURE.
* NO SKI BOOTS TO BE WORN IN THE HOUSE.
Effective Memorial Day Weekend, the rates for renter badges will be as follows:
Daily Badges - $7.50 per person per day
Badges - $25.00 per person
One Month - $60.00 per person
Two Months - $75.00 per person
Three Months - $90.00 per person
Gate Cards Rates
Off Season - The week after Labor Day to the week prior to Memorial Day the gate card fee is $25.00 per vehicle - $20.00 Gate Card Fee plus a $5.00 Grounds fee - During this period it is not mandatory for renters to purchase renter badges.
Season - Memorial Day Weekend thru Labor Day Weekend the Gate Card Fee is $20.00 - During this period it is mandatory that all renters purchase renter badges for the length of their stay.
Tenants (defined in our rules and regulations as: person or persons who rent or lease a property in Arrowhead Lake from a member or his agent for monetary remuneration for a period of 30 days or more). At the December 7th 2002 Board Meeting the Board imposed $20.00 non-refundable annual fee for gate cards issued to tenants. The fee is due upon registration and valid for a calendar year. Tenants whom rent/lease for periods longer than one year must renew the gate card annually in January.
