 Premier Vacation spot on the Mexican Riviera. Casa de Tres Palmas is a luxury beachfront home located in the gated and secure complex of La Puntilla on the shores of Bandaras Bay, about 14 miles north of the Puerto Vallarta airport and just south of the fishing village of La Cruz de Huanacastle. This beautifully furnished home has all the amenities anyone might require. The tasteful front allows ample room for off street parking for two vehicles. This spacious home has gleaming white marble floors throughout. The kitchen is a Gourmet cook's dream come true with everything needed to prepare a snack for the kids or a scrumptious sit-down dinner for eight.

Casa de Tres Palmas is a 5 year old home furnished entirely in local Mexican craftsmanship. The entertainment center is a oversized Spanish design with 31" color TV and English speaking satellite system. Below the TV is a VCR and CD player. Numerous books are available for leisure reading. The master bedroom is also on the satellite TV system.

Casa de Tres Palmas also boasts a SUPERIOR water purification system plumbed throughout the house, phone, and air conditioners in all bedrooms, living room and hallway. The two king-sized beds have pillow top mattresses with box springs. The large pool off the bay side patio is complimented with sturdy table & chairs plus chaise lounges and pool lounges to help you enjoy the beautiful Mexican weather to the fullest. In the distance beyond pool and beach is a breath taking view of Puerta Vallarta.

Just off the bay-side patio and master bedroom, a custom pool beckoning you to slip into clean sparkling water for an invigorating swim.

After a day of sightseeing and shopping, playing on the beach or a round of golf, how about a special dinner prepared just for you in your own home. Your cook will do the shopping and prepare your chosen entree in your own kitchen, serve and cleanup. You do nothing but enjoy yourself!

The next morning would be the perfect time to pamper yourself with a professional therapeutic massage, pedicure or manicure in the comfort of your own rental by our certified professional masseuse.

15 minutes north of Casa de Tres Palmas is the new Four Seasons Resort, Punta de Mita, with the first and only major golf coursed in the PV area with the resort's Jack Nicolas-designed signature golf course. Swimming, fishing, go-karting, snorkeling, scuba diving, whale watching ( Nov-Apr), kayaking, windsurfing, boogie boarding, surfing, jungle tours, waterslide, tennis, beach combing, art museum, local boutiques for shopping, casual to fine dining. Many great restaurants close by in Bucerias or La Cruz de Huanacactle and of course in Puerta Vallarta.
