Our lovely executive villa is fully air-conditioned/heated and features 4 bedrooms, 2 bath with private heated pool (30'x15')/spa. The pool area is fully screened and furnished with table, chairs, loungers and a smaller table with 4 chairs for small children. It also features child safety alarms on all doors leading to pool area. There is an intercom system with radio throughout the villa including pool area.

The master bedroom features a king size bed, TV (cable)/VCR/DVD player and an ensuite with his/hers vanity, a garden tub, walk-in shower and hair dryer with access to pool area. There is another bedroom with a queen size bed and TV (cable)/VCR with access to pool area. The also features 2 other bedrooms with 2 twin beds each. 1 bedroom features a Disney Theme with a Mickey Mouse TV (cable)/DVD player.  All bedrooms have cable TV/VCR/DVD player.

The family room overlooks pool with access to pool area and features a TV (cable)/VCR/DVD player and a stereo with cassette/CD player. The formal living room features a queen size sofa sleeper. Dining room features a table with 6 chairs. Kitchen is fully equipped and features a table with 4 chairs and 6 swivel chairs around kitchen counter.

The villa is located 10 minutes from Disney World and close to all other attractions. 5 minute drive to Highway 192 which features many local shops and restaurants. Champion Gate Golf Resort is a 2 minute drive which has a supermarket and a few restaurants. The Kennedy Space Center is 60 minutes and Tampa/Clearwater 90 minutes away and the Orlando International Airport is 40 minutes away.
