Welcome to our retreat in paradise. We invite you to share our
personal getaway in the tropical sunny setting of south Maui. Our
newly decorated luxury condominium at the Maui Kamaole Resort, has
been furnished to provide you with every necessity to ensure your
comfort and relaxation. Whether your interests are golfing,
snorkeling, shopping or just pure escape, our ideally located
retreat will allow you to immerse yourself in all the beauty and
splendor Maui has to offer.
Gorgeous, colorful, tropical grounds are the setting for this premier
condominium resort in Kihei, South Maui. Because the Maui Kamaole is a
low-density low-rise property spread over 23 acres, the atmosphere is
relaxed and ocean views abound throughout the residence.
Our luxury condo is situated directly across from the magnificent
blue Pacific, and is a "stone's throw" to nearly every activity Maui has
to offer. Across the road, a short stroll down the path from our condo
is the world famous Kamaole III Beach. Within minutes you can be soaking
up the warm Maui sun and snorkeling with exotic fish. Our one bedroom,
two-bath luxury condo is near the beach and just a few steps from the
main pool. Partial ocean and West Maui Mountain views make our front
lanai a favorite gathering area. We are new owners and have had great
fun updating this unit considerably. Not just a "pool rental", B-114 is
our Maui home too. Living is easy here on Maui and we hope you'll find
our well-outfitted B-114 adds to your pleasure.

A 2-week minimum booking during Christmas & New Years Holiday Season.
Perfect for 2, Maximum occupancy is 4 people.
4 nights minimum stay is required unless we have available nights backed up to other bookings. Contact us about last minute travel specials. We offer further reduced rates for stays of 28 days or longer.
Deposits:
A deposit for Security/Damage of $250 ($500 for 3 weeks or longer) is due 10 days after booking to secure reservation. Security/Damage deposit is refunded within 30 days after departure and checkout inspection if no damage or missing items.
Cancellations:
If cancellation is necessary it is required 60 days or more prior to scheduled arrival date in value season, and 90 days or more prior to scheduled arrival date in high/peak season an administration fee of $100.00 will be charged. If cancellations are made less than the 60/90 days prior to scheduled arrival or after scheduled arrival date, payments will be retained. If the unit can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued less the administration fee of $100.00.
Payments
Full prepayment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
