Our private fully furnished penthouse condo is located in the newly constructed Villas Del Faro Beach Resort on the far south east side of the Island. It is a short walk to the Punta Tuna Beach on the Caribbean Sea.  The condo can be found by a secluded beach, with a clear ocean view and beautiful sunsets over mountains in the evening. The Maunabo Lighthouse and the island of Vieques can be seen from your private balcony.

Situated high in the rolling hills of Maunabo, this property is snuggled between the Caribbean Sea and the Nature Reserve of Punta Tuna. A beautiful secluded beach is offered less than a five-minute walk from the Resort. The lush green vegetation of the Reserve will bring you to the beautiful, natural beach of Punta Tuna. 

The path to the beach is abound by lovely exotic tropical flora and fauna, including plantations of cocoteros palm trees.  Clean, beige sand protected by trees and foliage will embrace you.  Stay and sun or moonbathe, swim in the water, or take a quiet walk down to the historic Maunabo Lighthouse built by Spaniards in 1893.

The condo’s location enables a trip through the southeast coast of Puerto Rico, which includes breathtaking panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea and Reserva Natural Ines Maria Mendoza.  Although the Resort is nestled among nature, it is just a twenty minute drive to the luxurious Palmas Del Mar Resort and the city of Humacao. Only one hour drive to San Juan- where one can enjoy the best nightlife, clubs, casinos, dining, shopping, museums, history, fine arts and culture the island has to offer. Puerto Rico is what's happening in the Caribbean.

The living room  leads to your balcony with spiral stairs to the penthouse terrace.  The master bedroom with a king sized bed, jacuzzi tub and a walk-in closet also leads to the balcony.  The second bedroom has a double bunk bed, and the third bedroom has a queen sized bed and a twin bunk bed. The penthouse roof terrace is a partially ceramic tiled, cement terrace, and offers a panoramic view of a nature reserve, the sea, beach and mountains.

On the resort you have access to the communal recreational facilities.  These include:

• Multi-use recreational area, including racquetball court, air conditioned gymnasium and fitness center

• Outdoor terrace for social activities, including kitchen area and private shower and bathroom area

• Three pools, a Jacuzzi, tennis courts, and basketball court

• Children’s playground

• Indoor clubhouse

• Master security control for each condominium building and individual unit

• 2 parking spaces per unit and ample space for visitors
