Central Florida Brand New 2004 Vacation Villa - 5 Bed / 4 Bath with
3 En-Suites - Great Location.
This Single Storey Villa sleeps 10/12 + infant is South Facing with
Oversized Pool/Spa and Large Sundeck area.
With Open Views to the rear, a Privacy Fence and landscaping to one side and
Orange Grove to the other it's the perfect setting to relax.
The villa is Fully Air Conditioned throughout, with many Upgrades and
Executive Furnishings.
The Great Room is Open and Spacious with cathedral ceiling and entertainment
unit which house's a large TV VCR/DVD combo, radio/CD player, and an
assortment of video's, DVD, CD's and family games. there is a ceiling fan
and French doors which lead to the covered lanai - pool/spa area.
The elegant dining area is well appointed and has seating for 8. |
The Kitchen/Nook is also Open and Spacious, has seating for 6 and comes
fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, ice maker, etc.
Everything you need or would expect in a gourmet kitchen
.
There is a Utility Room with Full Size washing machine, tumble dryer, iron
and ironing board.
There are 3 En-Suite Bedrooms. 2 with King size beds, 1 with Queen size bed,
each situated in a corner of the villa for your privacy. A further 2 twin
rooms, with 2 Twin beds in each and a shared bathroom in between. All Linen
and Towels are provided as well a hairdryer in each bathroom.
A highchair, foldaway cot and bedding is also provided at NO EXTRA CHARGE.
If you enjoy Tennis or Basketball there are First Class Facilities, FREE of
CHARGE a Soccer Pitch and for the little ones there is a Tot Lot where they
can play.
Orange Tree is surrounded by Orange Groves and is well situated for your
Holiday/Vacation.
10 minutes from DISNEY WORLD - Orlando International Airport approx 45
minutes away - Local supermarket and other stores close by - there are many
championship GOLF courses within 15 minutes of the villa - Lake Louisa State
Park approx 2 miles away - sea world, wet and wild, universal studios,
island of adventures, old town Kissimmee, Kennedy Space Centre, Skycoaster,
water mania, Daytona Beach, west/east coast beaches, diner theatres - all
within 15/60 minutes away - not forgetting shopping at Florida Mall,
Millenia Mall, Orlando premium outlet, belz factory outlet, oak ridge road,
international drive to name a few. enjoy!

* To Secure Dates when booking a Non-refundable deposit of £100.00/$170
per week is required.
* Prices are subject to change without further notification.
* Above Prices are for the Villa Per Week, NOT Per Person. Villa Sleeps
10/12 Max + Infant. (Crib provided).
* BOOKING

to you. Reservations cannot and will not be secured until we have
confirmed availability.
A Security Deposit of £150/$200 per week is required. This will be Fully
refunded as long as there is no misuse or damages to the property or
contents.
Payment is due with the final balance. FINAL PAYMENT DUE 10 Weeks Prior
to Dates Booked.
