Apartment  is located in a very interesting and accessible area of Andalucia in Southern Spain, often called " The Spanish Algarve".

Tranquil, well planned, secure, spacious development with beautiful landscaping, surrounded by 18 hole golf course, club house 2 minutes. Pools, short tennis on site.

There are 7 km of long white sand beaches only 2 minutes by car. A marina with shops, bars etc is 5 minutes by car. There is a bike hire nearby.

Only 5 minutes to Ayamonte, an authentic Spanish town on River Guidiana forming border with Portugal with wider range of shops, restaurants, market etc.

The nearest airport is Faro in Portugal (50 kms), an easy motorway drive. Nearest airport in Spain is Seville, then Jerez - both have motorway access.

The apartment is available all year due to good location in Andalucia on the beautiful Costa de la Luz. Very desirable climate and wide range of activities - near the beach, town, and golf course. Easy access to rest of Costa de la Luz and Portugese Algarve.
