An ever-changing view of the ocean at Brentwood Bay awaits you from this
charming home! The home has been freshly painted and renewed in a Mexican
decor with wonderfully inviting furnishings and beautiful hardwood floors.
This is the perfect place to put your feet up after a day of sightseeing in
busy Victoria.
The home features two bedrooms, kitchen, dining area overlooking the
ocean, and a living room with fireplace. There is a beach access only a two
minute stroll away. Within walking distance are oceanside restaurants, kayak
rentals, boat rentals and Butchart Gardens is a 5 minute drive away or a
half hour stroll. Looking out the living room windows you can see the
Brentwood - Mill Bay ferry and the world famous Brentwood Inn and spa.
As you sit on the deck at night, you can see and hear eagles, herons and
seals. There is an abundance of West Coast wildlife right at your doorstep.
In the morning, you can hear the sounds of the local fishermen's boats as
they head out to catch prawns and crabs. In the afternoon you see people
waterski or hear the children playing and swimming in the water.
This is a wonderful place to return to in the evening to just sit on the
deck and sip a glass of wine. The scenery just doesn't get any better than
this. It is a perfect place to relax and enjoy!
