 Welcome Vacationers! This newly remodeled 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home is only a short walk to the Atlantic Ocean to the east (with a life guard tower for safe swimming) and to the west, a state maintained public dock on the Intercoastal Waterway for your fishing pleasure.

Ormond by the Sea is a small community that has not yet been over run by large scale commercial activities. 169 Roberta Road is only 3/10th of a mile to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean as the street dead ends into A1A. Beach chairs are provided for your convenience on the screened-in-porch.

Also, on the Atlantic Coastal end of Roberta Road, is the Tom Renick Park, with an imaginative children’s playground, showers and facilities. On the west end of Roberta Road is a state maintained dock for your fishing pleasure. Grill your “catch of the day” in the privacy of your fenced-in-yard.

Despaired with vacation condo living? Our newly remodeled Beach Bungalow offers all the conveniences of a home plus your very own, upfront and personal, prime location of a sparsely populated beach.

Ormond Mall is 1 mile to the south and offers Publix, Bealls, and a Family Dollar Store. Daytona Beach is just 5 miles to the south and St Augustine 45 min. to the north. Many beautiful golf courses, restaurants, and deep sea fishing add to your vacation experiences.

Weekly Rentals    $550/week
Monthly Rentals $1,250/month
* Additional $60 cleaning fee.
* Security deposit of $200.00 payable by traveler's check, cashier/registered check, or money order must be received 15 days prior to rental period.
* We will also need a completed rental agreement, and a copy of your driver's license. A key will then be mailed to you. Please contact Sybil at the numbers below for rental agreement form.
* Deposit will be refunded after your stay provided the property has not been damaged and all agreements are kept. Cancellation less than 15 days prior to arrival date will result in forfeiture of deposit.
* Several event weeks, e.g: Bike Week. Octoberfest, 500 Week, Pepsi 200 Week and Spring Break week will be priced at special rates.
