Our gorgeous new home is situated in a closed and private residential
complex at the Islantilla Golf Course, overlooking hole number 9!! The new property
with private parking is ideal both for golf players and for enjoying one of
the best beaches of the south of Spain, Islantilla.
The home has 1 bath, 2 bedrooms with spacious closets, one bedroom has
views to the golf course garden.
The living room has a sofabed, a wood fire chimney, and a porch with
landscaping to the golf course garden as well.
Also, from the kitchen, there is beautiful view of the country-side and
the pool, which is open during summer months.
You reach Islantilla from Portugal, faro international airport by car in
1 hour drive or from the famous city of Seville, Spain, 1 1/2 hours away
through the speed-way Sevilla-Huelva. |
