The house is uniquely designed with bright Mexican colors and rustic furniture. The L-shaped tiled SWIMMING POOL goes from 3ft to 5ft in depth with a bench along the deep end where you can enjoy a drink or read all day long! It is surrounded by a backyard patio and eating area that is landscaped with tropical plants and flowers. There is full exterior lighting on the patio and pool area, plus the pool is equipped with an underwater light, making your night time dip even more pleasurable. Additionally, a GAS BAR-B-QUE is also provided for your convenience.

A scuba diving/snorkeling EQUIPMENT RINSE TANK is featured in the front courtyard along with an equipment drying area.
 

The second floor bedrooms include: the MASTER BEDROOM, featuring a king sized bed and a GUEST ROOM with a queen sized bed, both have their own private bathrooms. The downstairs GUEST ROOM features a full sized bed. Each bedroom is equipped with its own CABLE TELEVISION, individually controlled AIR CONDITIONER and CEILING FANS. All bathrooms have large tiled showers.

The DINING ROOM seats (8) and there is a full modern kitchen including stove/oven, microwave and refrigerator etc.

The LIVING ROOM has three couches (one a queen sized futon) and in the ENTERTAINMENT CENTER there is an extensive VIDEO LIBRARY, VCR/DVD, stereo/CD player, book library and games. High speed INTERNET ACCESS has also been added (bring your laptop).

There is a beautiful ROOF TOP PATIO for your entertaining and viewing pleasure.
MAID SERVICE and cooled BOTTLED WATER is provided, as well as an on premise CLOTHES WASHER!
ACCOMODATIONS for 6 are very comfortable--but may be use by 8.

Tasteful island decorations; Mexican rustic furniture upholstered in rich colors; original oil paintings and handcrafted wooden furniture and armoires were used to give this home its warmth and charm.

Our ENGLISH SPEAKING, local property manager will meet you at the airport and is available to assist with any questions or arrangements necessary and introduce you to the nuances of "OUR HOUSE".
