Beautifully decorated and completely furnished, this spacious, tri-level oceanfront vacation rental effortlessly accommodates three couples or two families. The 7th floor penthouse tops a private 25-unit condominium complex.

There are three bedrooms, each with its in suite full bath, air conditioning and ceiling fan. Two of these are oceanfront.

In addition to deluxe sleeping accommodations, the condo’s spaciousness is enhanced by cathedral ceilings and open floor plan. Casa BellaVista offers comfort, privacy, and “alone time” for individual members of large groups. Long hallways buffer its three bedrooms from the main living areas.

A fully equipped kitchen and roomy living and dining areas are open to each other, and to an ocean terrace with magnificent views of Banderas Bay. The dining table seats six people, with kitchen counter conveniently nearby for buffet service or extra seating. Off of the kitchen, you will find a laundry room with washer and dryer.

The condo’s second floor loft provides private space for reading, paperwork (should you be unfortunate enough to have brought some to Puerto Vallarta with you), or additional sleeping accommodations with a full sized bed.

The top level of Casa BellaVista features the unit's personal plunge pool and rooftop terrace, furnished with patio table and chaise lounges - an ideal spot to bask in the sunshine or take in spectacular 360 degree views of the ocean, mountains and town.

Condominium building has an elevator, a heated swimming pool on the first floor & private beach palapas for resident & guest use only.
Security/front desk manned 24 hours, maid service twice/week. A cook or supplementary maid service may be requested for an additional fee.
