The main floor unit has 2 bedrooms & 1 bath and sleeps 5, with 2 each in of the bedrooms (queen beds) & 1 in the twin roll-a-way. 
The second floor unit has 1 bedroom,1 1/2 baths-sleeps 5, with 2 in the bedroom (queen bed), 2 on the full size roll-a-way & 1 in the twin couch/bed.

Both units are about 1100 square ft.& fully furnished & equipped. 
The second floor unit has 2 balconies overlooking the ocean plus a roof top terrace. 
The main floor has a deck overlooking the ocean plus a shared porch. 

The basement bedroom (if needed) has a private entrance, bath, 2 couches, a queen bed, TV with VCR, 2 fans (no central air), a little fridge, microwave & hair dryer. 

We are in a regular Puerto Rican neighborhood.  We are not in a gated resort - the only problem we have had is expectation.  People see our home & think they are booking the Ritz.  We are just a beach house - we are not perfect and we are not spotless.  If you are fussy, you will not like us - please go to a hotel or resort & pay the price.

We are the best price on the ocean in Puerto Rico for what we offer.  If you are looking for an adventure & do not want to pay too much, this is for you!

We are in the Caribbean where its normal for a power outage, low water pressure, water coming in windows during a big storm-etc...if you can't handle little inconveniences, go to a hotel.  We just want people to know what they are getting.

We do have free internet access for your laptop-cable with HBO - TVs in all the bedrooms with a VCR plus a large VCR library.  We have a phone for local & incoming calls, a washer-dryer, central air plus fans.  There is a new large solar hot water tank.  We do not have any roosters next door (one block away) but we do have an occasional dog barking at the moon.

Dates Available: Year round. This is really a 12 month destination - 85 degrees every day. It pretty much rains every day a little (just like Hawaii) - keeps everything lush & green & fresh.
