The house's perimeter is surrounded with tall, cedar hedges, creating a very private yard. There are two large, proud cedars in the front and backyard who create a comforting and cool shade on hot summer days.

In the backyard, there is a large flower, vegetable and herb garden, with a small pond and a patio which receives a lot of summer sunshine!

The house is charming with a very west coast feel.
There are two cozy living areas, a kitchen, a dining room, 2.5 bathrooms and three bedrooms, making it a perfect rental for a small or large family!

To get to downtown Victoria, it’s just a 30 minute drive, to get to the B.C. ferries, it’s 20 minutes and to the airport, 10 minutes.

The Mill Bay ferries is a 2 minute drive as is Butchart Gardens! In the area, no more than a ten minute walk, there is Gowlland Tod Provincial Park, a beautiful and peaceful promenade through a wooded forest and to a sheltered inlet where you can see kingfishers, blue herons and the occasional seal.

The trail is suitable for all ages and is even accessible for cyclists. Be assured that you will return home well rested and at peace.
