The restoration of an old Tuscan farmhouse, built in 1878 has permitted to make out 3 charming self catering apartments/suites.  The apartments are called GLICINE, ROSE, EDERA (for 2 persons each) and 1 suite/apartment GIRASOLE (for 4 persons), all provided with independent entrances.

A long, cypress-lined drive leading to the farm sets the tone of country elegance. The accommodations are completely hand-decorated and embellished by trompe l'oeil to offer the guest a refined, cozy and exclusive atmosphere.

All apartments/suites for 2 people are on ground floor and they have large bedroom with, overhead ceiling fan, bathroom with Jacuzzi Hydro massage tub, shower-bath and hairdryer, fully equipped kitchen, dining/living area with overhead ceiling fan and sofa. Satellite TV: CNN, EURO SPORT etc, Wireless internet connection, safe and independent heating. All windows have mosquito screens.
 

The apartment for 4 people, has an independent entrance on ground floor. One bedroom with double queen bed with overhead ceiling fan to keep you cool on those hot summer nights. One big bathroom with Jacuzzi Hydro massage tub, separate shower and hair dryer. One other bedroom with double queen bed with overhead ceiling fan or (2 separate beds upon request); with its bathroom with shower and hair dryer. Dinning/living room with overhead ceiling fan and sofa, kitchen fully equipped with fridge, microwave oven, American style coffee machine and toaster.
In this apartment there are: personal safe, Wireless Internet connection, satellite TV and independent heating.

"Le Manzinaie" is also provided with a parking area, an open pool equipped with sun beds and sun umbrellas, a large garden, barbecue and gazebo. This is a friendly, small-family vacation rental where they speak Italian, English and French.

All around there are wonderful hill and medieval villages to explore, in fact Le Manzinaie is a wonderful base for exploring Southern Tuscany and Umbria and their rich cultural heritage. Within easy reach you will find ancient abbeys, churches and medieval hill towns such as Montepulciano that is a lovely village known as “The pearl of the 16th century” because of its several architectural features dating back to renaissance time, and for its wine “Nobile di Montepulciano” that is famous all over the world, Pienza, (famous for its Pecorino Cheese), Montalcino (famous for Brunello Red Wine), Cortona, Siena, Perugia, Assisi, Orvieto, Trasimeno Lake, Florence and Rome.
