 This stylish new villa, consisting of two semi-detached units and comfortably sleeping up to 10 guests (5 per villa), provides ideal accommodation for large parties or friends/families holidaying together.

It has enviable views of Kalkan Bay and is just a 10 minute walk (downhill) to the centre of town. The property is tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard with custom-made Turkish style furniture.

Each unit consists of:
Ground Floor -
Open-plan lounge, well equipped kitchen and dining area with patio doors leading onto the spacious terrace and large swimming pool. Also located on the ground floor is a bathroom with bath, WC, wash-basin and washing machine (A clothes airer and iron are provided).

First Floor -
Two bedrooms (master and spacious single), both with private balconies, a bathroom with walk in shower, wash-basin and WC (in one unit this is en-suite to the master bedroom)
 

Second Floor -
A twin bedroom and large roof terrace with spectacular views over Kalkan. Here guests will be able to enjoy an aperitif whilst watching the sun set over the bay.

Additional equipment provided includes 4 hairdryers, 2 high chairs and a travel cot. Towels and bed linen are provided, but guests are asked to bring their own beach towels.

Friday is the preferred change over day Reservations may be made by e-mail or telephone, but this must be backed up by a non-returnable deposit of 20% of the total holiday price within 5 days. Full payment of the balance is required 4 weeks before the first day of the holiday or immediately in the case of bookings within 4 weeks of the first day. Payment should be made by cheque drawn on a sterling bank account.

An English speaking agent is available to assist with arranging car rental, airport transfers, booking excursions or any problems which may occur during your stay.
