Our spacious 3 bed/2 bath villa is situated in the peaceful community of
Eagle Pointe, Kissimmee, which is just off Poinciana Boulevard. It is set on
the edge of a beautiful, tranquil lake where you can relax and watch the
wildlife or maybe you would like to try a spot of fishing.
Our home sleeps up to 8 and is fully air-conditioned. It is close to many restaurants, shops and golf courses and there is a large 24-hour Wal-Mart about a 5 minute drive away. All the major attractions are only about a 10 minute drive away which enables you to go back to the villa to chill out and relax and enjoy a leisurely swim and a meal before returning to the parks in the evening to watch the magical displays of fireworks and the parades. The south facing swimming pool has a covered lanai and screened pool deck plus a shaded area with ceiling fan. It also overlooks a beautiful private lake and conservation area where you can sit and watch all the wildlife. The master bedroom with King size bed comes with en-suite facilities, including corner bath, separate shower and toilet and twin vanities. It also includes a walk in wardrobe and cable TV. The swimming pool can also be accessed through the patio doors. |

The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and has a separate laundry room with washer/dryer, ironing board and iron. The kitchen overlooks the family room where you can watch cable TV. Also included are a video recorder, CD music system and a selection of board games. The patio doors also lead out to the pool area. At the front of the house is a lovely formal lounge and dining area. There is also a large sofa which converts into a bed settee. The garage has been converted and now contains a bonus room with a football table, magnetic darts and TV with games console that plays 76,000 games. Great fun for the kids when they are getting bored. The villa has a telephone system. Local telephone calls are free, long distance and international calls can be made via a credit card or telephone calling card widely available throughout the area. Our Management Company are on hand to assist you with any query or service as well as keeping the villa well maintained. In order to keep the villa to a high standard there is no smoking permitted inside or pets allowed. For the safety of younger children, both sets of patio doors leading to the pool area are alarmed.
