Welcome to our air-conditioned 3 bedroom, 2 bath Lake Havasu pool home. The house
is a large 1,554 sq ft. Just built in 2000, the home features lots of
tile.
There is a King, Queen, full/full, Queen sleeper & a Queen air mattress
is available. The Lake Havasu rental sleeps up to 10.
Enjoy our walled, private backyard with a solar salt-chlorinated, heated
pool (so it won't bleach hair) with a view of the Lake and Mountains.
Grill up a storm on the stainless gas barbecue grill & furnished patio.
Entire house has tasteful, luxurious, new furniture, as of May '05.
There is a phone and a full laundry room.
You will also find 4 TV'S, a 52" Big Screen TV in the living room, DVD,
CD, VCR & Cable, a Pool Table & a Fooseball Table.

Home has reverse osmosis and water softener, water filtration systems,
and a 2 car garage.
There is a huge side yard with RV parking & hook-ups, gated parking in rear
yard. You'll find plenty of room for you & your friends' boats.
Located on a nice south side street with lots of new homes, the vacation
home backs to wash and large empty lot for added privacy.
You'll feel right at home, in our home, only minutes to the launch ramp.
