This brand-new property is in the best location in Cozumel. El Cantil has bilingual, full-time, on-site management to answer your questions, give you directions, advice and attend to your needs. Las Tortugas Bonitas is on the 6th floor of El Cantil Sur, right across the street from Chedraui (the largest grocery store in Cozumel). Las Tortugas Bonitas is directly on the ocean, yet is in town. You won't need a car or even a taxi. Walk anywhere in town in minutes; restaurants are just down the street, a 15-20 minute walk along the oceanfront promenade will take you to just about any restaurant in town, or grab one of the plentiful taxis and be there in minutes. The Plaza (main town square) is a 15 minute walk or 3 minutes by taxi. You'll fall in
love with the ocean vistas, watching the dive boats and cruise ships go by
from your private 45-foot terrace while lounging in your own private hot

Las Tortugas Bonitas has over 2200 square feet of tropical oceanfront
living, built to North American standards by a North American builder. The living room has a 36” Trinitron Wega flat screen TV with surround sound and a Dish Network receiver, as well as a CD/DVD player and a Playstation2. In the fully equipped kitchen, you will find a full size refrigerator with ice maker, microwave and dishwasher; reverse osmosis water system hooked to the kitchen faucet, 8+ feet of eating bar with 4 bar chairs, a coffee pot, blender and a telephone. The dining area has a large glass top dining table with 6 chairs and desk with a computer with DSL Internet Access. There is also a wet bar with an installed wine cooler. There are 2 bedrooms with king-size beds and ocean views and 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds (can be made into a king if desired), each with their own private bath and installed hairdryer. The master bedroom has a 27” TV with a Dish Network receiver and a safe for your valuables. An Iron & ironing board, bed and bath linens and beach towels are provided. Each room also has a ceiling fan, as does the living room. On the 45 foot ocean view terrace you will see your private hot tub, a stainless steel rack for drying your swimming, snorkeling or dive gear, a teak table with 6 chairs and 2 teak chaise lounges with drink trays. On the property you will find a freshwater infinity swimming pool with 3 levels and a saltwater Jacuzzi. You will have access to the private sandy beach with lounge chairs under grass roofed palpas for that afternoon snooze. There is a private dock that serves all area boats and is also a great place to enter the ocean for snorkeling or diving on site. When you are done, there is a fresh water dip tank to rinse your gear. The property provides maid service 6 days a week, security cameras and a 24-hour security guard. The site is also restricted for use only by El Cantil owners, renters & their guests. There is a coin-operated laundry area and a free private garage with a dedicated parking space. You
will be personally greeted at the airport and will be assisted in acquiring
transportation to your home away from home in paradise, Las Tortugas Bonitas. |
