May we extend a warm Floridian welcome to our unique, tropically landscaped, ultra spacious 2-storey villa home...with the emphasis on HOME!!...YOUR holiday home is newly refurbished throughout, with each room tastefully colour coordinated and themed...and supplemented by many thoughtful finishing touches! Not your typical holiday villa!!! Our larger than average (south facing!) heated pool (heated to a higher degree than any other home! - after all we don't want our guests shivering do we?!!)) is enhanced by an enchanting natural privacy screen of beautiful and colourful tropical plants, such as bougainvillea, jasmine, hibiscus, climbing honeysuckle, vines and a host of other tropical plants, palms, lilies and other colourful climbers!! Awesome!!...and all this can be magically illuminated (via outdoor lighting) for romantic late night swims/ pool parties etc!!!....Our state of the art colour changing pool light offers a variety of colour changing programs to suit every mood - from serene to funky!! Leading from the first floor queen master-suite, is a truly delightful tiled private balcony, (complete with striking illuminated plant feature!!).which overlooks the pool and surrounding unspoilt views of palms/grassland and clear blue skies beyond!! Magical!! Check out the photos!! This is NOT an impersonal newly built villa, with views of next doors pool plus building site beyond!!!!.Your holiday home from home offers real peace and privacy! The balcony perfectly lends itself to romantic evening cocktails or dinner-a-deux! This truly is a vacation home with a difference!! Small wonder that so many of our guests return year after year....and would not consider staying elsewhere!!! Internally, your holiday home is equally special!....boasting a tastefully decorated family room, looking out onto the landscaped pool area and containing high definition digital TV, superb home theatre system, digital cable with around 300 high definition channels, including around 40 music channels for your entertainment.....and no need to worry about missing your favourite-must-see TV programs, whilst out and about "Doing the Parks"...we are equipped with digital video recording - no need for videos!!! We've tried to think of everything!! The comfortable family room leads to a fully equipped modern kitchen, with breakfast/cocktail bar seating for 4 and a private dining annex, seating 6... tastefully lit by chandelier and looking out onto the beautifully landscaped front gardens. Further dining facilities are available by the pool, where 6-8 can easily dine al fresco, whilst enjoying the beautiful, colourful, landscaped pool-view!! The ground floor further comprises a delightful additional sitting/family room, again looking out onto the colourful front gardens....a lovely tranquil room, perfect for enjoying morning coffee/ making private phone calls...or just plain chilling out in peace!!! The two ground floor master-suites, each contain queen sized beds along with the full range of bedroom furniture and accessories...all rooms contain spacious walk-in closets...cable TV, telephone...and private bathrooms leading out onto the pool deck -most convenient for early morning/late night dips!! There is an additional ground floor queen bedroom, decorated around a Mediterranean theme....most restful and serene!!!.....and also a funky, colourful twin room and day bedroom, which will undoubtedly appeal to the young...or young at heart!!! The day-bed room boasts a TV and X-box system - a selection of games are available upon request! To the first floor, along with the balcony queen master-suite (perfect for honeymooners!!), lies the colourful Disney-themed room, with twin beds, TV and X-Box system...the children will be enchanted!!!..and a spacious office/sitting area with comfy papasan chairs and an (almost!) fully equipped office - offering free, unlimited, high-speed internet access, web-cam ( to stay in touch with pals at home!!), phone/fax/copier....printer facilities, laminating machine....oh not forgetting the fantastic speaker system....ideal for playing downloaded tracks....or watching DVD's.... Now what have we forgotten???....it's up to you to let us know! We will always welcome your suggestions! (preferably sensible!!) Oh!.and by the way...all phone calls...local, national and international ....are absolutely FREE!! As home-owners, we are totally committed to YOUR holiday enjoyment and have on board, an absolutely first class property management company, who we are confident will look after you for the duration of your stay. After all, YOUR enjoyment is OUR business!!! As doting pet owners ourselves, we will be happy to consider accommodating small pets, belonging to responsible pet owners...they deserve a vacation too!!...and in Florida, there's always plenty of room for walkies!! For our golfing guests, Ridgewood Lakes PGA Golf Club and Deer Creek Golf club are adjacent to Royal Palms.....and the award winning Southern Dunes PGA Golf Course is only minutes away!! For our guests more interested in quintessential Disney activities, we are located off highway 27, a mere 90 seconds from the I4 East - the interstate road to all the attractions....ie approx 10-15 minutes to Disney/MGM/Epcot etc. Please bear in mind that the Disney resort homes which boast "3 miles to Disney" and such-like, omit to mention the huge traffic queues involved in leaving the resort!!!!...From Royal Palms you will invariably have a relatively smooth straight run to the attractions! Also, within a short drive are several supermarkets - Wal-Mart, Publix, Winn-Dixie....and 2 minutes (or less!!) away are a 7/11, 2 pool-bars, an English Bar/Pub, several restaurants/ fast food outlets/take-aways, petrol stations, gift shops, hospital/ medical centre (1-2 mins off US27 south!!)...in short, your holiday home is in the perfect location to provide accessibility to all the attractions, necessary amenities and yet sufficiently secluded to provide the rest and relaxation you desire on your vacation!! Upon your arrival, you will be provided with a comprehensive information pack, explaining how everything works/where to find local amenities /detailed maps to ensure you quickly find your way to the attractions etc.and a list of all useful telephone numbers you might conceivably require!!! Should you enjoy your vacation (of course you will!!...it's inevitable!!!), and decide to return...or recommend us to your friends, we will reward you will a handsome discount off your/their next vacation!! And, do bear in mind that you will be assisting 2 major children's charities (for the terminally ill) both in the US and UK, in simply booking your vacation with us!!...we are committed to donating 5% of your net booking (excluding state taxes) to the Make-a-Wish foundation....which aims to meet the dreams of terminally ill children and their families...a worthy cause we feel, given that Disney/Orlando typifies the dream holiday for most young children...just imagine!
