 Lavena Ponte Tresa (Italy):
We rent a very beautiful Portion of House with private a 35 meters2 private garden.

There are 2 floors: the first one has a lake view of Lugano lake, Italian side.  It includes a comfortable sitting room, kitchen and bathroom. 
On the mansard floor, there are 2 bedrooms (sleeps 3 to 4), and a bathroom.

There is a wide terrace to enjoy evening dining (4 x 2 m2) with beautiful lake views.  It is equipped with a comfortable folding table with 6 folding chairs.

In addition, there is a Swimming Pool shared with the other residence owners that is open between June and September.


The house is located in a very quite area, just 10 minutes walk to the beautiful promenade of Lake of Lugano Italian side, 2 kms to the frontier Italy-Swiss. 
It is in a  strategic position in the lake district for visiting the lakes near by: 12 kms to Lake Maggiore and to Lugano in Swiss, 30 kms to Lake of Como.

It is available for weekly and monthly rentals and for week ends.
