Our Clermont, Florida villa is a large and luxurious vacation rental; a 4
bed 3 bath single story villa with vaulted ceilings.
Fully air-conditioned, the villa has 2 living areas and 3 dining areas.
The home boats a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, a separate laundry room
with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. Intercom system enables you to
communicate with each other throughout the villa (inside and out). The
villa is professionally cleaned and sanitized prior to your arrival.
Bedrooms include: 1 King Bed with en-suite, 1 Queen Bed with its own
bathroom, and 2 Twin bedrooms which share the 3rd bathroom.
If you want to spend time enjoying the sun, there is a large screened
south facing pool and spa with large lanai and porch areas and extended
decking with luxury pool furniture. Plus, the community has: tennis court,
basketball court, soccer pitch and 5 acre park.
Baby equipment provided for your use free of charge includes crib,
stroller, high-chair and monitor.
There is also free use of the computer with high speed broadband access.

Located in a tranquil setting amongst working Orange Groves, the home
also features a Games room and PS2 with games.

* A 20% deposit secures any booking and is required within 5 days of
confirmation of booking
* The balance of monies is due 10 weeks prior to your arrival
* A £250/$400 refundable security deposit is required with the balance
of money and is refunded when it is confirmed that there is no loss or
damage to our property - usually within 14 days of your departure
* Credit cards accepted. |
