Nuevo Vallarta is approximately 15 minutes north of the Puerto Vallarta International Airport. Have your taxi driver take you from the airport to the Paradise Village Hotel where you will check-in. Then you will have the bellmen take you and your luggage in a golf cart to the unit at the Grand Marina Villas' private complex.

The property is in an exclusive gated community, with both medical doctors in an on-site clinic and security guards on duty 24 hours a day.

This ground floor unit includes a tastefully furnished large bedroom, two full bathrooms, living/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. Your unit includes a washer and dryer, air conditioning, two cable TVs, and a combination DVD/Video player. All the wood furnishings are custom carved and made of local woods.

The kitchen is large and equipped with all new Whirlpool equipment, which includes a full size stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and telephone. Telephone use is through the hotel switchboard. Charges for outside calls will be paid upon checking out.

Also included at the private pool area is a large palapa with an outdoor grill, for parties. Many fine restaurants are in the immediate area. Golf and shopping are minutes away. Guests have use of the amenities of the Paradise Village Hotel including their beach areas, gym, spa, pool areas and tennis courts.

 The property is a short walk to the hotel.  The shopping center is right next door, outside the marina complex side gate which is only a few steps away. All amenities except for the golf course and Hacienda Spa are within walking distance, a free shuttle will take you to them. 

Guests will check-in at the Paradise Village Hotel registration desk.  Just ask the desk attendant for one of the golf carts to take you and your luggage to the unit. Guests have use of the Paradise Village Hotel amenities, which includes their spa, beach and pool, beach towels, beach palapas, restaurants, and most of whatever amenities are available to hotel guests, including 24 hour hotel Room Service.

The unit will be cleaned and serviced both before and after your stay.  If your stay is for a week or more a mid-week basic cleaning is included. Requests for additional Maid Service are available at a fee of $20 for each extra day requested. 

In the marina complex a private pool with a large palapa and bar-b-que is in the immediate area of your unit's location and is ideal for entertaining. The Paradise Village Shopping center is next door just outside the gates of the marina complex. The shopping center has many quality boutiques,  internet cafes, and a real super market (not a momma poppa store).

Activities and Attractions
Boating, golfing and swimming are the primary activities. If you choose, you may use the Paradise Village Hotel tennis courts, a lap pool, gym, spa and other facilities. Or, you may decide you would just like to enjoy your peaceful private pool area a few steps from our unit at the marina, away from the noise and the crowds.

There are always tours available in and around the Nuevo Vallarta and Puerto Vallarta area. The hotel has a tour desk and can give you further information on the tours. Usually there are special tour buses that come to the hotel to pick up tourists for each tour.

Paradise Village Guest Social Membership's amenities include: “El Tigre Golf Course”, fantastic “Spa Hacienda”, and is available for a fee.  This fee entitles you to the use of all their Club facilities.

At the spa we have a fully equipped, state of the art gym, and a full menu of spa services. There is a beautiful child care center with it's own fantastic children's pool and activity room. Also available are tennis courts, racket ball, bocce ball, etc. At the El Tigre Golf Course there is a fine Golf Pro Shop, restaurant and bar.
