The Claddagh Home is situated within the exclusive Palmer Ranch estate in
Sarasota, Florida.
The home is conveniently located near to the elite islands of Siesta Key and
Longboat Key.
The Claddagh Home is a fully air-conditioned property which can
accommodate 6 guests in style and comfort.
On the First Floor, there is a Living Room open plan with the Dining
Room, a further Living Room (the Great Room), a Kitchen and Breakfast area,
a powder room and toilet/washroom, a laundry/utility room, an entry foyer,
and covered entry.
On the Second Floor, there is a Master Bedroom with a King-sized bed and
large en-suite facilities. In addition, there are two further bedrooms (one
with a Queen-sized bed, the other with twin beds) with shared en-suite
facilities.

There is a luxurious heated pool facing south to an uninterrupted view
over a Florida Preserve.
The community "lap" pool and gazebo are within walking distance and are
available free to guests.
