Our welcoming 3 bedroom home near Walt Disney World is a fully air conditioned holiday villa rental. The family vacation home overlooks a small lake to the rear, sunny all day. Highlights of the vacation home include a pool Table, Air Hockey Table, Table Tennis Table, Electronic Dart Board. Playstation 2. Hot Tub Jacuzzi Spa. Hairdryer. Free use of travel crib/cot & High chair. The master bedroom features a Queen bed and an exquisite en-suite bathroom with separate shower stall and corner bath and his and hers basins. The bedroom includes cable TV, DVD player, VCR in the master bedroom. for your convenience, there is also a clock radio and hairdryer. The bedroom has patio doors that lead to the pool and Deck. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds, Playstation 2, a DVD player, VCR, & TV. The 3rd bedroom also has twin beds. A full bathroom is shared with bedroom 2. If you have little ones, you will enjoy the free use of travel crib/cot, and high chair. If you have older kids coming along, they will love to burn off energy at the Basketball facility. |

Lounge: Our villa near Disney features a large family room with upgraded comfortable furniture, equipped with a cable TV, VCR, CD player/radio/tape Hi-fi. If you are looking for something quiet, there are also books for all ages and Indoor Games, which are great for curling up on our comfortable sofas. The living room also has patio doors to the screened lanai, pool sundeck, hot tub jacuzzi and pool. Dining area: Adjoining dining area features upgraded furniture. It is equipped with comfortable dining chairs and formal dining table with seating for 6. The doors leading from lounge to extra large lanai (for alfresco dining), private pool, hot tub and Sundeck. There is also a telephone with free local calls. Kitchen. Meals are a pleasure in our fully equipped gourmet kitchen that includes cutlery, glassware, crockery, pots, pans, casserole dishes. 4 ring hob/stove top, oven, grill and microwave. Fridge/freezer, ice maker, dishwasher. Coffee maker, blender, toaster. For your convenience, there is also a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Doors lead from lounge to pool enclosure with Large Lanai (covered patio) private heatable South West facing 28' x 14' pool overlooking small lake. You get the sun from morning till sunset. Watch the sunset after a great day in the Spa Jacuzzi hot tub. Or take you evening coffee to the poolside terrace furniture with comfortable cushioned sun loungers, patio table, cushioned chairs in the massive lanai (screened porch), with outdoor lighting and a ceiling fan for that cool al-fresco dining experience !!!
