 Beautiful Ocean Front House with additional Beach Cottage, which we affectionately have named the "Sea Side Roost", has the most breath taking views of the San Juan and Gulf Islands with spectacular Mt Baker above the Cascades to Washington and North towards Vancouver.  Revitalize in paradise with the spectacular ocean views on all 3 floors, on Victoria's most beautiful, private beach in Cordova Bay.

When you walk through the gate to the court yard, you are greeted with a fountain in the garden and as you approach the front door, you can see and hear a waterfall in the garden there.  It is very welcoming. As you enter the home, you will be welcomed with a bottle of Champagne and glasses with the Sea Side Roost logo as a keep sake to take home.

New to the vacation rental market this year, this luxury oceanfront Victoria vacation home has been completely newly furnished in 2006.


Main House
Our spacious house sets features a huge master bedroom with a gas fireplace and large private ocean facing deck, along with a large ensuite with jacuzzi tub and separate shower and walk in closet. Above the romantic fireplace in the Master Bedroom, you will also find a 32" TV.

The living room, dinning room and kitchen with an open floor plan feature the same panoramic views with a sunroom and another huge deck with a hot tub.

Enjoy the 42" plasma TV with surround sound, on the wall above the fireplace, with a large assortment of the latest CD's while sitting on the new cushy U shaped chesterfield set up for a home theater.

The dinning room is furnished with Italian flavor furnishings and lamps. The gourmet kitchen is completely equipped with service for 16 people. Enjoy cooking up your favorite recipe, while talking to your friend sitting at the counter bar and enjoying the full view of the islands.

The bottom floor features a separate guest suite with a bathroom, kitchen and bed sitting room facing the islands with yet another private deck.

In addition to the 4 bedrooms, there is also a den with a desk hi speed internet and a printer and copier.  We have a telephone plan that you can call anywhere in North America free. 

Beach House
The Beach Cottage with heat and hot water, is adorable with a bathroom and shower, fridge, bed and sitting area, facing out the sliding glass doors to it's wrap around deck and 3 steps to the beach.

Enjoy your days on the deck within 200 yards to Seal Island right out front and watch the seals that inhabit it swim right out front of you. Go for great walks on the beach where you can almost walk out to Seal Island when the tide is out.

Walk down the beach to McMorrans for a wonderful sea food dinner. Then in the evenings, enjoy the fire pit off the Beach House deck.

Ideal Location
The location is a golfer's paradise with Cordova Bay Golf Course 1 mile down the same road, right beside Matticks Farm with Restaurants, Art Studios, Clothing Stores, Gift Shops and an open Market where you can buy fresh island vegetables, bakery goods and fresh meat in it's own Meat Market - All 1 mile from the house.
Plus, you are only 15 minutes from World Famous Butchart Gardens, 15 minutes from Victoria, 10 minutes from the Airport and 15 minutes from the BC Ferries.

Our Victoria BC getaway is a Honeymooners Delight, and perfect for Family gatherings or Corporate Gatherings.
