Our villa is 3028 Sq. ft Ideal for 2 families sharing together.

Our Queen Bedroom on the First floor has a Queen Size Bed with unsuited. Large master bedroom with King Size Bed unsuited. Second Master Bedroom with King Size Bed. Two Twin Bedrooms. Cable TV in all Bedrooms.

Games room. Pool table, Air Hockey, Table Tennis, Soccer game table. Dart Board game.  Big screen 52” Cable TV. PC with Broadband internet. Free International and Local Telephone call. Highchair and Crib 

This bright and spacious home. Has three main living areas with High quality furnishing. 
The large Family Room has a digital high-definition TV, with on screen guide with a big choice of channels or if you'd rather watch a movie, there is a DVD.

The formal Living Room is a second family room where you can sit and quietly read, away from the distraction of the Television.

The Dining area has a large dining table with seating for 6. A fully equipped Kitchen is near the Utility Room with Washer and Dryer.
For informal dining there is The Nook area with Breakfast Bar With Direct access onto the Pool Deck.

The Games room includes a Pool Table, Air Hockey, Soccer Game. Dart Board Game.

The Master Bedroom has an ensuite with King size Bed and is equipped with Cable TV, Walk in Closet. The Bathroom has a large Bath and a separate walk in Shower.

Our upstairs Loft/Den area has a Full size Couch with a full size Sleeper Bed, second Couch, Writing Table, and is equipped with A 27"Cable TV, DVD, Play Station 2.High Speed Internet.

Our first floor Queen Bedroom has a Queen Size Bed Cable TV, Closet and Bathroom.

The Queen bedroom on the second floor, has Cable TV, a walk in closet, and a family Bathroom.

The remaining Bedrooms are both Twin Rooms. Each Bedroom has twin Beds, both with walk in closets and a Family Bathroom.
And for our younger Guests, we have Travel Cots and Highchairs.

Enjoy a refreshing swim in our 28 x 14 Private Pool or relax in our warm, Bubbling Jacuzzi. The home features a beautiful Lake view and a Colour underwater Pool and Jacuzzi Lighting. For your security and peace of mind there is also a Pool door Alarm, and Safety Fence.

In a great location, our Kissimmee vacation home is just ten minutes from Disney World yet Quietly Situated. It is Only five minutes from all the restaurants, shops, Attractions, and large Wal-Mart which is open 24 hours a day. Close by are all the attractions Magical World of Disney, Sea World, Universal Studios, Island of Adventure, and Wet~n~Wild.

For those of us that love Horses, Horse World's riding stables are On Poinciana Boulevard. Golfers there are numerous golf courses Within a short distance Of Liberty Village.

Kissimmee Has recently opened Makinson Island, as 132-Acre Nature refuge located in the middle of Lake Tohopekaligo. It aboundant with Wildlife, it also has hiking trails Picnic pavilion, Boats rentals or Kayak and Boat tours from Downtown area.
Visit the Pioneer Museum, in Historic Downtown Kissimmee. Kissimmee has guided fishing tours for Bass, Nook and Redfish. Freshwaster species are Bass, Bluegill, Bream, Large Mouth Trout.
