Our beautiful, stylishly decorated, 4 bath (2 full, 2 half) condo is
available for business or pleasure.
This spacious 3 level condo is centrally located on the stunning
northeast coast of Puerto Rico. Location is key as the expressway (a 5
minute drive) gives easy access to towns east (ie. the popular and
vibrant Condado area and the quaint, historic Old San Juan, 30 minutes
away) or west (ie. Barceloneta, for outlet shopping and the mystic
Cuevas de Camuy, 20 minutes and 35 minutes, respectively).

private beach access (2 minute walk; perfect for snorkeling and
exploring the awesome coral reefs and colorful fish, or for a
romantic walk at sundown)

This is a brand new unit and it has all the comforts of home: a full
kitchen w/ utensils, electric stove w/ a convection oven, refrigerator,
microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, washer and dryer, living
room, dining room (seats 6), furnished balcony (great place for brunch),
and half bathroom.
On the 2nd floor there are 3 bedrooms and a full guest bathroom. The
master bedroom has a beautiful queen sized bedroom set with a full
private bathroom.
The guestroom has a full sized bed. The other guest room has 2 single
beds and 1 full size bed. (8 people max in the unit) . The
rooms have wall to wall mirrored closets.
The unit is fully air-conditioned for your comfort. Linens (bath and
beach towels, bed sheets, comforters), 27" TV., 5 discs mini stereo,
DVD., alarm clock radios, iron and ironing board, ceiling fans, floor
and ceiling fans.
The terrace is the 3rd level. It is partly covered and has beautiful
views of the ocean. Go there to relax and take in the refreshing ocean
breeze. There is a patio set w/ an umbrella. the 2nd half
bathroom is located here.
All you need to bring is groceries and your personal items. This unit
is close to major attractions and 4 famous beaches are nearby (within
5-15 minutes of each other)!!

attractions, on-going cultural festivals and events around the island.

* Monthly Rates: Please contact us.
* Security/reservation deposit of $250 required within 7 days of
reserving your stay.
This fee is fully refundable provided there is no
damage to the unit.
* Credit cards accepted.
Rates for up to 6 people weekly.
**Each additional person will be charged an extra $150./week. Up to 2 additional persons only, 8 is the maximum limit.
