 The villa is two storey located at Imperial Lakewoods Golfing community. It is a beautiful location with spectacular views over the golf course and lakes.

The lounge is open plan with a minstrel gallery and vaulted ceiling leading into the dining area and kitchen area.

The kitchen has everything you need from fridge freezer with ice maker, to waste disposal and massive larder.
There are plenty of dining areas - in the kitchen, in the dining room or most importantly by the pool overlooking the golf course watching the sunsets.

There are two double bedrooms, one twin room and a second lounge on the first floor with a Queen sofa bed (ideal for teenagers).

The 28' x 14' west facing pool is screened with patio furniture and stunning views.

The utility room houses the washer/dryer/ironing facilities/ hairdryer etc.
Cots and highchairs can be hired.


Air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, linen provided and telephone.

Close to the I 75 making it very central. 5 mins from Ellenton Shopping Mall and 20 mins to Anna Maria Island and beaches.
Only 35 mins from Busch Gardens - a must. About 90 minutes from Disney in Orlando.
