Welcome to our 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom Luxury Family Villa! The Orlando area
vacation home features a Hot Tub, Heated Private Swimming Pool, a Separate
Children's Pool, a great Games Area, and Internet Access. The villa is
fully Equipped and superbly furnished for the occupancy of up to 10 people.
In addition, there is an Air Conditioned Children's Themed Room with Nursery
Equipment (Crib / Cot, Highchair, Stroller).
Conveniently located, it is only 10 minutes from Disney World, 15 Minutes
to Sea World, 25 Minutes to Universal Studios 25 Minutes to Airport 2
minutes from Shops, Restaurants and Entertainment on the Highway 192.
Kitchen & Living Areas
The large kitchen with breakfast area is fully equipped to a high standard
which includes the following: cooker, large fridge/freezer with icemaker,
microwave, dishwasher, utensils, crockery, toaster, Juicer, coffee maker and
lots more. An Electric BBQ Grill is also provided for use out side.
The large washer and dryer are located in the double garage.

The lounge with ceiling fan and 3 comfortable settees, Digital cable TV
(inc Fox Sports channel shows English League Football matches), Hi-Fi
system, DVD player and Video along with a selection of videos and DVD’s for
your enjoyment.
The dining room with large mirrored wall enhances the wrought iron
glassed topped table and wrought iron padded chairs for those relaxes meals
at home.
Bedrooms
Master Bedroom 1 has King-Sized Bed, Digital Cable Television, Telephone,
Ceiling Fan and Large En-suite. En-Suite has twin vanity unit, twin corner
bath, toilet and large walk in shower cubicle.
Master Bedroom 2 has Queen-Sized bed, cable television, DVD player,
telephone, ceiling fan and en-suite. En-Suite has a vanity unit, toilet and
large walk in shower cubicle
Bedroom 3 is the Children’s “Scooby Doo” theme room, which has a double
bed with single bunk above, Games Console, Cable TV and Video Combo. A fold
away single bed is provided.
Bedroom 4 is the lighthouse theme with twin beds with Cable TV, VCR,
ceiling fan, and lights above the beds. Bathroom 3 has toilet, bath with
shower over and a vanity unit. All bedrooms have large walk in closets and
drawer units.
Games Area & Deck
The Games Area has a Foosball Table, Air Hockey Table, Electronic Soft
tipped Dartboard, 3 sets of golf clubs and tennis racquets, Pool Area with
private heated 26’ x 13’ swimming pool, separate children’s pool for the
comfort of our younger guests and a Spa/ Hot Tub.
The Large Deck Area and Covered Lanai offer space to enjoy the Table and
luxury Padded Chairs, Loungers and Stools. An Electric BBQ Grill is also
provided for those “Al-Fresco” Meals.
Free Added Features
The villa also has at no extra cost: cot/bedding, highchair, hairdryers,
full alarm system, smoke detectors and safe.
The pool is also heated all year round.
