The Cottage is located on Coffin's Neck peninsula in Cobscook Bay, just outside the village area of Lubec.

A 2 mile long private road leads down the peninsula to the cottage. Everywhere you look, natural beauty surrounds the cottage.

Coffin's Neck Cottage is typical of the traditional, small summer homes in the area. It is modest in size and sits alone on a 2 acre densely wooded lot at the water's edge.

The kitchen is fully applianced and has all the cooking equipment you will need to boil up your lobster feast.

The living area has a large TV/DVD and satellite reception.

There are two bedrooms.
One has a double bed, the other bedroom has a bunk bed (double size on the bottom and twin on the top) and a separate twin bed.
The bath has sink, toilet, and new shower unit.

Outside you can relax at the picnic table, take in the water view from the Adirondack chairs, or explore the shore line while your dinner cooks on the gas grill.
