The Sunshade Covered Picnic Table Is A Great Place for Lunch

Located on the shores of Jackfish Lake, in the resort town of Cochin, the lakefront cabin it is literally steps to the beach. Jackfish lake is a good swimming lake and also excellent for boating and fishing.

Conveniently located, it is only 20 minutes to North Battleford if you want extra provisions, and there is a grocery store, gas & restaurants in the town of Cochin, within an easy 10 minute walk from the cabin.

Take an evening stroll to the local ice cream shop for a dip and enjoy the breathtaking sunsets on your way back.

There are 2 playgrounds in the town for the kids and a public beach is less than a 10 minute walk (or 2 minute drive) if you want to meet new people.

The lakefront cabin has 3 bedrooms - 1 in the main cabin with a queen bed, an additional bedroom accessed by the deck has a double bed and cot, and a thrid bedroom located right next to the beach above the boathouse has 2 single beds, another cot and its own bathroom.

The cabin has full plumbing, power and sewage. There is also a water cooler filled with reverse osmosis filtered water for drinking. There is even air conditioning in the main house and boat house to help cool those warm summer nights.

In the fall, the location of the cabin makes a great home base for hunters.
