Welcome to Princeville Resort on the Garden Isle and our private Townhouse residence.

Our 2 Br., 2 Bath quiet end unit Townhouse with 1532 SF, is situated on a bluff between the Makai and the Prince golf courses. These courses were magnificently designed by Robert Trent Jones and enhance the beauty of the landscaping around our Townhouse complex.

Our buildings were just painted and have a new insulated roof, so they are in showroom condition inside and out.

The interior of our Townhouse was designed with your comfort in mind.
Feel at home with a completely furnished unit with amenities such as; 2 levels with a grand ocean and sunset view from the upper lanai off the master suite. 2 spacious bedrooms. with lots of storage, 2 full baths with tub/shower and separate vanities, new carpet and laminate floors, a full wall of jalousie windows and 2 ceiling fans enhance the Trade Wind breezes to keep the unit cool.


A full service kitchen for meals or snacks, a washer/dryer and a Great Room with Rattan sofas and chairs. This furniture so very comfortable for relaxing after a day at the beach, touring or on the links.

Settle back with a cooling beverage while you watch TV or a DVD movie, listen to CD's or AM/FM Stereo, or find a book in our exchange book library.

All you need is food to walk in and start your vacation at our beautiful Townhouse vacation hideaway!

We look forward to hearing from you for that special vacation of recreation, touring, shopping and then taking "Some Enchanted Evening" for dining and dancing at your choice of restaurants and night clubs.

* 3 night minimum rental.
* Our rental rates require a refundable $300 security deposit paid at time of reservation.
* Our rent is combined with 11.44% HI tax and $150 cleaning service fee, paid within 3 weeks prior to your arrival date. *
* Arrival and departure can be any day, not just weekend days. Please plan early for popular seasonal dates.
* Deposit and rent payments may be made by VISA, MasterCard or DISCOVER card, check or money order.
