 Top floor unit right on our Maravilla Resort condo Seawall facing the Gulf. Enjoy the sunrise and dolphin watching with your morning cup of coffee on our 22 FT tiled balcony.

At dusk, with your glass of wine, watch the pelicans put on a show for you (they sleep on the high rise condo roof next door!).

You will enjoy the warm and cozy wood laminate floors and carpeted bedrooms, much better than those cold ceramic floors that are in most rentals.

Relax in master bedroom with queen bed, 37 inch flat screen TV, & glass sliding door to balcony listening to the waves at night.

The kids will love the 'fishy' decor bedroom with fishnets hanging above beds, bunks and 1 twin, VCR/DVD. Also bunk beds in hall area with reading lights, & privacy curtains.


Remodeled kitchen and baths. There are two comfy futons in living room with TV, VCR/DVD and wireless internet router for your laptop.
Three lighted pools open until 11pm , exercise/weight room.

The Maravilla Resort is only 5 minutes from Moody Gardens, Historic District, Stand Theater, Schilterbahn Water Park, 2 fishing piers.
