This newly remodeled home is located in the exclusive community of El Pedregal de Cabo San Lucas, the "Beverly Hills" of Cabo. The master bedroom with ocean view has a king bed and attached ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed and two singles, and the third bedroom also has a king bed and attached ensuite bathroom.

The large living area, gourmet kitchen and palapa shaded BBQ patio makes this home perfect for entertaining or for family groups. Enjoy lots of privacy and secluded gardens. The entry way and stairs are done in Mexican Cantera Stone, with Saltillo floor tile throughout the home, creating a warm contemporary Mexican ambiance. All showers and baths are done in marble from mainland Mexico.

This home is located close enough to town to provide easy access to the Marina and enjoyable nightlife. Nearby, you will have access to tennis courts and miles of serene beaches, away from the crowded and busy municipal town beaches, yet close enough to visit. We do recommend a car rental.
