This Madeira Beach Yacht Club two bedroom, two bathroom ground floor condo is located between the beautiful Florida Intercoastal Waterway of Boca Ceiga Bay and the spectacular Gulf of Mexico.

The complex sits on the shoreline of the Bay and 500 yards from the white sand Gulf of Mexico beach! The unit is fully equipped with linen, kitchen, and beach play supplies. This renovated condo has every convenience of home and more activities close by than you will have time for.

We offer a screened patio for your shaded, weather protected enjoyment and an open patio for catching the tropical breezes and tanning rays right at home looking out to the lovely Boca Ceiga Bay.

The Yacht Club is a secured and gated community, with two pools (heated), sauna, weight room, game room, hot tub, and numerous fishing piers located inside the development.


We are right across from the Madeira Beach Recreation Center offering ball fields, playgrounds, shuffle board, tennis courts, and basketball courts. The recreation center is adjacent to the Madeira Beach Public Library. Across the street from the library is a convenient grocery and pharmacy along with small shops and restaurants.

Within a few blocks walk you can enjoy "the game" at a local sports bar, go night clubbing, enjoy miniature golf, or fish the Gulf off of Redington Pier. At John's Pass, about 1 1/2 miles south, you will find great restaurants, all sorts of water activity equipment for rent, casino cruises, great ice cream and local souvenir shops.
You can explore the local area by taking the Beach Trolley; an all day pass is $3 US.

Madeira Beach is just minutes away from Saint Petersburg for a professional baseball game, old town tour, or Fort DeSoto park adventure. Or head 40 minutes northeast to the heart of Tampa where you can enjoy a professional hockey or football game, the aquarium, or the thrills of Busch Gardens. About 90 minutes travel will take you to Orlando and theme parks aplenty.
