We guarantee that during your first year of membership, you will receive paid rental bookings from your listing with Independent Vacation Rentals worth at least 1000% (or 10X) of your annual cost of membership. This guarantee is effective for new memberships starting on or after January 1, 2004.

If you do not receive 1000% of your membership fee in bookings during the first year of membership, notify the webmaster at info@indvr.com and your membership will be extended for 12 free months AT NO COST TO YOU. Members must notify the webmaster within 30 days of the renewal date of the membership.  This guarantee may be used once only for each membership. 

This guarantee applies to listings that:

  • have a property description of at least 100 words,
  • displays 2 or more photos during at least 10 of the 12 months that the listing is online
  • is available a minimum of 6 months of the year.
