Why did we design your webpage the way we did?
The most important factor when trying to get bookings - the renter.
We designed the site considering the kind of layouts will keep a renter's attention. 

• The page needs to download fast, so we've kept the any pictures, logos, etc., that don't showcase your property to a minimum.

• The contrast needs to be clear, especially for people with vision problems, so the contrast is black on white - the easiest to read. 

• The rates information is clear and easy to find. 

• The contact information is right below the rates - when after seeing the rates, people want to be able to contact the person if they are interested. 

• You can use unlimited text in the property description.

• The photos are large and bright.  Renters can scroll down and see all photos at the same time, so they get a complete picture of the property at once.

• With use captions under each photo so that renters know what they are looking at and can vision themselves enjoying their next vacation at your property.

• The page layout is clean and easy to navigate.

Great Photos

Photos that are dark or shadowed will cost you bookings. If there's a shadow, the renter wonders what you're hiding, and questions lead to doubt and then a booking with someone else.  So we work with every photo to ensure that each photo included in your listing looks as clear and bright as possible, again at no extra charge.  Here's some examples of a few of the photos we've optimized.
 
Also, not enough photos to see the whole property can cost you bookings.  So we include 7 large photos with each listing to give renters a better understanding of your property.  We also include captions with each photo highlighting your property's features.  And, there are no annoying thumbnails - renters want to see the complete picture of the property as they scroll down, not in bits and pieces.
