Great Photos

Photos that are dark or shadowed will cost you bookings. If there's a shadow, the renter wonders what you're hiding, and questions lead to doubt and then a booking with someone else.  So we work with every photo to ensure that each photo included in your listing looks as clear and bright as possible, again at no extra charge.  Here's some examples of a few of the photos we've optimized.
 
Also, not enough photos to see the whole property can cost you bookings.  So we include 7 large photos with each listing to give renters a better understanding of your property.  We also include captions with each photo highlighting your property's features.  And, there are no annoying thumbnails - renters want to see the complete picture of the property as they scroll down, not in bits and pieces.

We've limited the number of listings in each local area to ensure that your property doesn't get buried in a long list of other rentals.

How to Join

You can join us through 3 easy steps.

  1. Please read our Disclaimer and Membership Policies pages.

  2. Complete our straight forward on-line form - takes about 5 minutes.

  3. After we have created and published your webpage, we will e-mail you the instructions for sending us your photos and for payment options. We initially create your web page ad without photos and add the photos once we have them. 
    Your webpage text listing is posted within 2 business days of receiving the completed form.  We accept payments by credit card on-line, or by mail through cheque or international money order.

Listing Guidelines

  1. E-mail addresses, phone numbers, and URLs are limited to the contact information section only.

  2. Do not use ALL CAPS in your listing.

  3. Your listing must reflect accurate information about the property.

  4. Properties available for less than 3 months a year require full payment before the listing is published.
