Independent Vacation Rentals reserves the right to reject or edit any ad submitted. Once material has been submitted, edited and posted on the Independent Vacation Rentals web site, it becomes the property of Independent Vacation Rentals and it may not be copied from the Independent Vacation Rentals web site without written permission.

ACCEPTABLE CONTENT

Advertisers are expected to create content that is suitable for family viewing and may not contain any vulgarities, or sexual, violent, hateful or racial comments. All references that are not considered acceptable content may be edited prior to publishing and/or removed without notice. In the case of disputed content, the operators of Independent Vacation Rentals will be the have the final decision.

The information provided by advertisers on this site is not shared with any other organization or service other than the information provided on the Independent Vacation Rentals website.

Canceling Memberships

Independent Vacation Rentals has annual memberships only. Because the majority of the work involved in promoting vacation properties on the Internet occurs in the first few weeks during the creation of the website, Independent Vacation Rentals is unable to refund cancelled memberships.

Removing Properties from the Market

If requested, your ad can be temporarily inactivated from the Independent Vacation Rentals listing and reactivated at a future date. However, the renewal date will not be extended during the time that the property was not listed on the Independent Vacation Rentals website.

SPAMMING POLICY

Note: Independent Vacation Rentals does not participate in or tolerate the sending of Unsolicited Commercial Email (SPAM) - Independent Vacation Rentals reserves the right to cancel without a refund any member that mentions Independent Vacation Rentals or any associated Independent Vacation Rentals e-mail address in any SPAM e-mail message or Usenet posting. Independent Vacation Rentals is the sole judge in determining what constitutes SPAM.

Independent Vacation Rentals is not responsible for any undelivered inquiries or for missed income as a result of undelivered e-mail inquiries.
